LC is a premier learning institution headquartered in Singapore, and over the last 7 years have extended its presence in the asia pacific region firmly establishing its position as the learning provider of choice for special needs programmes.


We are guided by our advisory panel comprising doctors, special educators and therapists, who help us ensure that our strategic directions and our programmes are holistic and multi-disciplinary, and always relevant to the needs of our students and the needs of the special needs industry.

We derive our motivation from our simple desire to help people with special needs. While education is the foundation block of what we do, we believe that not only do we need to take care of them when they come to us as children, but also ensure we provide them with a future when they grow into adults. To that end we have committed resources to working with industry partners, NGO’s and the private sector to provide a platform for vocational training and job placements.

We are governed by the ministry of education and are privileged to be one of the first learning institution ever to receive a license from the MOE to provide academic programmes in the fleld of special needs.
